1. A service, not a product

Mega Clean provides cleaning services at the customer’s property and does not sell goods, so there are no items to exchange or return.

2. If something needs attention

If something was not done as agreed, let us know by text or phone at (508) 244-7459 soon after the visit, while the details are fresh. Tell us what you noticed and, if you can, send photos. The team reviews it against the confirmed scope and the visit checklist and gets back to you with next steps.

3. How concerns are handled

Each situation is reviewed individually, and how it is resolved is agreed directly with you, based on the scope confirmed in your estimate.
