These Terms govern your use of the Mega Clean website and the requests you make through it. Mega Clean is a residential and commercial cleaning company serving Massachusetts, USA, and we perform our services at the customer’s property. By using this site, you agree to these Terms.
Every estimate is free and without obligation. A quote requested on this site or by text is a request, not a contract. A job is agreed only once the scope and price are confirmed in writing (by text or email).
Pricing depends on the scope: property type and size, the condition of the space, the service chosen, and how often you want it. Most estimates are given by text with no visit required; for some jobs we may ask for more details or photos.
Preferred dates you submit with a request are not confirmed until our team confirms the appointment with you. Scheduling and rescheduling terms are agreed with each estimate.
The customer provides safe access to the property at the agreed time, along with working water and electricity. Please tell us in advance about pets, alarms, fragile or high-value items, and any surfaces that need special care. We recommend putting valuables away before the visit.
The crew performs the work confirmed in your estimate, following our checklist. Work outside that scope needs a new agreement before it is done. We may decline or stop a job if conditions at the property are unsafe for the crew.
If something was not done as agreed, let us know by text or phone soon after the visit, ideally with photos, so the team can review it.
Do not misuse the site, submit false information, or attempt to disrupt its forms or security. We may refuse or remove submissions that violate these Terms.
Service descriptions on this site are general and may change. What applies to your job is the scope confirmed in writing with your estimate.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page.
